We may also undertake a light high specification refurbishment so all is up to standards and regulations. ALL properties will be considered, regardless of decorative condition.
No. We don’t charge any management, tenant finding or service charges. Relocateam makes an amount on the difference between the guaranteed monthly rental amount we pay to our landlords and what we charge as a room fee to our professional sharers.
We keep a close eye on maintenance and can provide our services to keep all on track or work with your preferred supplier. We will always liaise with you before any work is carried out.
We like to find tenants who are of a similar age group and who we think will get on in a shared house environment. All will be working professionals. We do not accept housing benefit or DSS. Pets and children will be down to your discretion.
