I have a company, How many employees can you house for me?

We work with landlords and agents to take on multiple units. All enquires will be assessed and we will work with you accordingly to your preferable area and requirements.

How quickly can things get moving?

Assuming we have properties available to meet your criteria, we can act fast. If we don't have property available at the time of enquiry then we will endeavour to find something suitable for your needs ASAP.

What is included?

All contracts, legal fees (if required) Cleaner, Gardening, Maintenance, WIFI and all bills will be included.

How much does it cost?

This all depends on your criteria; Contact us for a more custom quote.

How much involvement will it be for us as a business?

Not much at all! That's what we do best. Not only will you be working with an established and professional team, we also handle everything throughout the tenancy period. Including all legal checks, gas safety certificates, EPC and PAT testing.

How long are the terms on contract?

​We provide short and long term lets to suit, so please get in touch for us to tailor a quote for you.

For Landlords / Agents

What type of properties do we take on?

Depending on location, we will consider most houses, apartments or flats. We have many clients requiring all different specifications so we will look at each property and assess accordingly.
We may also undertake a light high specification refurbishment so all is up to standards and regulations. ALL properties will be considered, regardless of decorative condition.​

Do we charge fees?

No. We don’t charge any management, tenant finding or service charges. Relocateam makes an amount on the difference between the guaranteed monthly rental amount we pay to our landlords and what we charge as a room fee to our professional sharers.

Who is responsible for wear and tear?

We keep a close eye on maintenance and can provide our services to keep all on track or work with your preferred supplier. We will always liaise with you before any work is carried out.

Finding the right tenants

We like to find tenants who are of a similar age group and who we think will get on in a shared house environment. All will be working professionals. We do not accept housing benefit or DSS. Pets and children will be down to your discretion.

Do I as a landlord need to have any interaction with tenants?

No, We do everything for you!
